Stock on hand can supply a medium size multifamily development at any given time. Since cabinetry is typically manufactured specifically for the project, this inventory does not always come into play, however, the large inventory is one of the major benefits enjoyed when doing business with Emrich. Where and when it does come into play is when a wall is framed incorrectly and suddenly twenty five base 30s need to be switched out for twenty five base 27s. With other suppliers you are ordering this product and waiting for weeks if not a month, but with Emrich it’s there the next day keeping your schedule in place.
