Placing an Order

Please use the Excel order form provided by your salesman. On the form, you will indicate the quantity of each product you wish to purchase. At the bottom of the form, you will find the cost of your purchase and options.

The options available are for Emrich Designer Cabinetry (EDC) to assemble the cabinets for you and whether you wish to have the product shipped or picked up. Simply check the box that applies to your order.

Once you have completed the form, email it to orders@emrichcabinet.com.

Emrich Designer Cabinetry is not responsible for any transcription errors. In the event the choices are not checked, the cabinetry will be shipped K/D (RTA) in white.

Design Programs

At this time, there are no design programs available with Emrich Designer Cabinetry as a choice. We are currently working with a design team and anticipate a late 2026 entry into 2020 and ProKitchen systems. In the meantime, designs can be achieved utilizing alternate lines with standard box sizes.

Confirming Orders

• Order confirmations will be generated at Emrich Designer Cabinetry and emailed back within 24 hours of receipt of your completed form. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, please call 912-800-3925.
• All orders are pending and will not be processed until the signed confirmation is emailed back to orders@emrichcabinets.com and paid for by the customer.
• Unless a ship date is listed on the confirmation, the product will ship according to the Emrich Designer Cabinetry lead time at the time of payment and confirmation.
• Inventory indicated on quotes is current as of the time of quote. Inventory is not reserved until signed confirmation and payment are received.
• Additional fees will be incurred by the customer if an order is cancelled or modified after the signed confirmation and payment are received.
• Emrich Designer Cabinetry is not liable or responsible for any omissions or additions on any quotes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and confirm the order is correct prior to signing.
• Once an order is confirmed, any returns will be subject to the Emrich Designer Cabinetry Return Policy.
• Product will not be pulled or delivered without full payment and confirmation.

Lead and Delivery Time

Most orders will ship within 1 to 4 business days of confirmation and payment. Pickup order timing will be quoted at the time of confirmation and payment. Assembly will add 1 to 5 business days, depending on the size of the order, to shipping times and pickup orders.

Custom Paint

Custom painted orders are available upon request.

Job Site and Residential Deliveries

1. Emrich Designer Cabinetry will deliver curbside. Representatives will not carry product into the home or facility.
2. The buyer is responsible for having personnel on site to remove product from curbside and into the home or facility.
3. Buyer must have a representative on site at the time of delivery to inspect, check off, and accept cabinetry and accessories.
4. Once the list of cabinetry and accessories is signed and accepted, it is agreed that all items on the list have been delivered in good condition.
5. Should buyer choose to forgo inspection and count of products, buyer assumes all liability for damage or missing items.
6. Confirmation of the choice to forgo inspection must be in writing.
7. A $400.00 fee will be incurred if delivery arrives and no one is there to unload or receive the order and buyer is not reached to waive inspection.
8. Drivers will wait fifteen minutes for late arrival. After that time, product will return to the warehouse and a new delivery date will be established after payment of the no-show fee.
9. A $150 fee will be charged for an incorrect address and must be paid prior to unload.
10. A $250 fee will be charged if a delivery date is changed within 24 hours of planned delivery and must be paid prior to rescheduling.
11. Packing and shipping materials are the customer’s responsibility. Emrich Designer Cabinetry will not remove them from the premises.
12. Special circumstance deliveries will be quoted individually.

International Deliveries

Emrich Designer Cabinetry is perfect for Bahamian, Caribbean, or other international projects. Exporting of product is available upon request.

Carriers and Delivery

Emrich Designer Cabinetry will ship product via common carrier, FedEx, UPS, and Emrich Pro vehicles.

At the time of delivery, all missing product must be noted on the driver’s manifest/proof of delivery. A signed complete delivery manifest indicates a complete order was received, and no additional product will be supplied without a new order and payment.

All damage to product must be reported within 3 calendar days of receipt of product. To claim damage, the customer must submit photographs, a description, and a claims form via email to contact@emrichcabinet.com.

A phone call does not constitute a claim. Any damage must be reported prior to assembly or installation. Any assembled, partially assembled, installed, or partially installed product will not be replaced.

Returns

Return of product is allowed for up to 5 calendar days from receipt of product. To qualify as an acceptable return, the product must be in new condition, the packaging cannot have been opened, and the return request form must be delivered to Emrich Designer Cabinetry via email to contact@guerardfinecabinetry.com prior to 5 calendar days from receipt of delivery.

All returns are subject to inspection and a 35% restocking fee. Orders that are refused or cancelled after confirmation and payment will also incur a 35% restocking fee.

Customers with qualified returns will receive credit to be redeemed at Emrich Designer Cabinetry only. Custom sized and/or painted cabinetry, installed cabinetry, assembled cabinetry, and/or used cabinetry are not eligible for return.

Terms and Conditions

Payments

Emrich Designer Cabinetry accepts cash, credit cards, check, certified check, wire transfers, Zelle, and Venmo up to $3,000. A returned check will incur a $150.00 fee. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment or pickup.

Credit

Emrich Designer Cabinetry is not issuing credit at this time. Please contact your salesman for any special request.

Taxes and Exemption

All customer state sales tax resale certificates must be current and on file at Emrich Designer Cabinetry.

Warranty

Emrich Designer Cabinetry warrants its cabinetry to be free of manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase, or as long as the original purchasing consumer owns the home, whichever is less, against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

This limited warranty applies to domestic use only, is non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required.

This warranty does not cover products that have been misused, mishandled, abused, improperly stored or installed, modified, exposed to excess moisture or extreme temperatures, accidents, negligence, on-site alterations, defective installation, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty does not include or cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage, or transportation of defective product. This warranty does not apply to products used in conjunction with cabinetry, such as countertops, appliances, or plumbing fixtures.

The obligation of Emrich Designer Cabinetry under this warranty shall be limited to repair or exchange of any part or parts deemed proven defective under normal use and service within the warranty period.

Emrich Designer Cabinetry is constructed from solid wood and wood veneers on plywood. Differences in grain pattern and color should be expected. Natural wood characteristics, including variations in color, grain, mineral streaks, and knots, are not considered defects.

Color variations and color softening are natural occurrences due to species, age, character of cabinets, and exposure to UV light and sunlight. New and/or replacement cabinets may not match display samples or existing cabinets.

Extreme, unusual, or inconsistent conditions, including high or low humidity and temperature, may cause wood products to respond adversely and are not covered under this warranty.

Mitered door joints may react to environmental conditions. Gaps that develop in door joints due to environmental conditions are not subject to replacement under this warranty.

Painted finishes may react differently than stained finishes. Normal wood movement and climatic conditions may result in breaks in finish, recesses, joints, and panel lines. These are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.

Cabinet doors that are warped must be allowed to hang through one full seasonal heating cycle before replacement will be considered. Doors warped in either direction not exceeding one-quarter inch do not exceed normal material expectations and are not covered.

Emrich Designer Cabinetry periodically makes changes to its product line and specifications. If a warranty claim is filed for a discontinued or unavailable item, Emrich Designer Cabinetry will replace the part under warranty with a new part of the same style or similar style currently offered.

Warranty claims cannot be made directly to Emrich Designer Cabinetry by the consumer purchaser. The consumer must contact the dealer or distributor from whom the products were purchased and report the nature of the defect.

This writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the express warranties provided herein and is in lieu of all other express and/or statutory warranties by the manufacturer, to the extent provided by law. There are no implied warranties extending beyond the terms of this warranty.

Emrich Designer Cabinetry shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages.

If a manufacturing defect occurs within the terms and conditions of this warranty, Emrich Designer Cabinetry will replace the defective part and ship it via ground shipper or freight carrier, at its discretion.

Please do not send the defective item unless and until the item is expressly requested by the claims department. Pictures of items may be requested.
